Returns Pick-Up, Processing & Cancellation Policy
- If you have any problems with your order - fit, size or color, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to replace and refund the amount. Please place your request for return within one day after you receive your order. The return will only be accepted if we find the item in the same condition as it was delivered i.e unused, proper tags etc.
- You can also call customer center on +91-8860363488 to place the request of reverse pickup from your location. Wherever feasible, we will pick up your reverse order. In the extreme circumstances, we may ask you to send the product through a reliable courier. The amount you will spend on sending the product will be reimbursed for a maximum amount of Rs.75. You only need to mention the invoice number on the address label.
- We will refund your money after we receive the product. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be done through NEFT, and it may take up to 6 business days for the refund amount, to reflect in your bank account. Please choose the desired option while initiating the return request on our website.
- Please note that limited period offers like discounts or cash back runs for a specific period that may not be available by the time you return the order. So, only the actual amount of the product will be refunded. Free Gifts will not be returned or exchanged.
If you have any problem with your order and Order status is "PROCESSING", We refund the whole amount. Please login into your account, Go to "My Orders" in my account tab. Please click on Cancel Order button and enter the reason. We will refund the order amount within 5 business days.
Products will not be replaced due to hygiene issues as all the products are intimate garments. In case you the product you have received is 'damaged' or 'defective', we promise you free & easy return. We assure you that all products sold on FitInc are brand new and 100% genuine.
Replacement of the product is subject to the availability of stock. If the product you asked in exchange is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Our Pickup Process
- Once you place the request for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the product. Please ensure that product is unused and in its original condition that means it has all price tags, labels, original packing, and invoice.
- We arrange pickup from most of our customer locations. Please follow the instructions that you receive an email from us. In case of a return, pack the item safely to ensure the item is safe from damage.
- To let us acknowledge your item, do mention the return id on the package
- For future reference, please note down the courier tracking id.
- Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you in fit for the resale condition.
